Is it just me, or was the Chandler City Council funnier last year? Maybe I'm more acutely aware of it because, as a humor writer, I rely on our local government officials to give me fodder for my columns. But it seems to me like there has been a dramatic reduction in silly antics and general buffoonery amongst our elected officials.
