MIDDLETOWN Police arrested a second man wanted in connection with a Wednesday morning shootout. Shadeed Barnett, 30, surrendered to police at a home in the 4700 block of Moore Road shortly after 1 p.m. Thursday, said Middletown police Lt. Don Owens.
