When Annadora Fowler saw her dad's bar and restaurant Sept. 11, she had just a few words. "Mommy, Spokes is broke." Annadora, who turned 2 this week, was only partly right. Her dad, Larry Fowler, is working hard to make sure his restaurant and bar, H.B. Spokes Saloon in Longs, rises from the ashes of a Sept. 10 fire in time for The Pilgrimage, the fall motorcycle rally that begins today.
