DETAILS:
On February 07, 2007 Grants Pass Department of Public Safety Officers served a search warrant at 804 Walker Road. The warrant was in connection with an assault which occurred on December 12, 2007 at 1754 Fruitdale Drive. Mr. Richard Coelho, Mr. Robert Garten, Mr. Gary Jones, Mr. Steven Arrants, Mr. Christopher Jorgenson, and Mr. Robert Moore were alleged to be involved in the assault. During the search warrant, Mr. Robert Garten was contacted. Mr. Garten was taken into custody for a warrant (Assault 2 and Assault 3). He was transported to the Josephine County Jail, where he was lodged on the Assault charges and an additional charge of PCS methamphetamine.
Later that morning Grants Pass Department of Public Safety Detectives served a search warrant at 320 Redwood Highway (Grants Pass Custom Cycle). While the search warrant was being served, Mr. Richard Coelho was observed driving by the location. Mr. Coelho was stopped and taken into custody for the warrant (2 counts of unlawful use of a weapon with a firearm). Following the search warrant he was lodged at the Josephine County Jail on the warrant and an additional charge of PCS methamphetamine.
Detectives made contact with Mr. Steven Arrants and Mr. Robert Moore. Both were arrested for their warrants (assault 3).
When Detectives attempted to contact Mr. Christopher Jorgenson at his residence, he was observed driving away from the scene. The vehicle was stopped and Mr. Jorgenson was taken into custody for his warrant (Assault 3). In the vehicle with Mr. Jorgenson was Mr. Robert Miller. Robert was taken into custody for parole violation (MCS). Both were transported to the Josephine County Jail and lodged on the warrants.
After further investigation, Detectives served a third search warrant at 937 NE Savage (the residence of Mr. Jorgenson). While serving the search warrant Detectives contacted Ms. Alicia Harrington. Ms Harrington was taken into custody for parole and probation warrants. She was later lodged at the Josephine County Jail on the warrants. Mr. Jorgenson was lodged on additional charges of delivery, manufacture and possession of a controlled substance.
